consider myself an “integrator”. I believe in integrating mind, body,
emotions, and spirituality to create holistic healing. My practice is
aimed at helping you find your own answers through listening to the
messages of your body, your emotions and the imagery that arises from
your subconscious mind. I encourage you to implement the messages you
receive through practical action steps.
We
specialize in hypnotherapy, a technique that deeply relaxes you (but
does NOT knock you out) so that you can remember, imagine and heal on a
very deep level. Clients are amazed at the depth and relative speed of
the healing they experience. Whether you are wanting to change habits,
release anxiety or phobias, achieve your dreams or get to the bottom of
problems that continue to cause you difficulties, hypnotherapy can be

testimonials. After 18 years experience, in 2010 I invited two interns
to join my practice. In addition to their basic certification, I have
given them extensive training in hypnotherapy.
I also offer Past Life Regressions and Soul Readings. With Soul
Readings I receive intuitive messages about your soul’s journey through
time. These powerful readings contain images and stories that help
clients understand challenging patterns and also see a path to
well-being.
