Practice Description:    Counseling for Women and Teen Girls
Counseling is a process that is different for each person.  It can be about figuring out why you think or behave as you do, what you want out of life, accepting yourself, or a myriad of other goals.  My job as a counselor is to find out what is important to you, and what meaning your goals have in your life, then help you to go in the direction that you value.
I employ an eclectic approach with an emphasis on humanistic and feministic approaches.  This means that I see the client/counselor relationship as collaborative and I want to serve as guide whose purpose is to help you achieve the goals and changes you wish to make in your life.
