Description:
I
take a holistic, collaborative approach to counseling to guide
clients toward a deeper experience of personal integrity and
wellbeing. Treatment is tailored to clients’ unique goals and
needs. I work with individuals and couples to assess personal
values, clarify purpose, and improve relationships and quality of
connection with self and others. Areas of specialty include stress
management and anxiety, mindfulness training, sexual abuse and
trauma, health and wellbeing, and spiritual development. I have a
Masters degree in Counseling from Oregon State University and am a
nationally certified counselor. I work in private practice and also
at the KIDS Center where I conduct physical and sexual abuse
evaluations and work with children and families to move toward
healing.
