Practice Description:

Horizon Family Solutions exists to promote innovative healing options and is widely recognized as a leader in the ethical and professional delivery of consulting services and treatment planning with families nationally and internationally. We assist families in identifying and applying to programs and schools appropriate for their at risk adolescent and young adults specific needs by employing a thorough process of identifying, planning and implementing effective and strategic interventions.

In addition, our services include Assessments of IEPs and IEP meetings, Parent Coordinator Witness, Juvenile Assessment and Consultation, and Family / Parent Coaching.

We travel almost monthly throughout the United States and abroad, visiting and evaluating schools and programs as well as getting to know their mission, philosophy, and staff involvement / training. We look for compassionate and respectful programs and schools and do not recommend those that choose to use punitive measures.

Horizon Family Solutions accepts no fees from programs or schools in order to maintain our independence in the evaluation and placement process. Our dedication is to the family and their child.

We invite you to read through our web site to learn as much as possible about how HFS Educational Consulting may assist your adolescent, young adult and/or family.
