For the past 16 years personal
growth has been my passion. In 1991 I was one of the first graduates
of the Thresholds Facilitator Training Institute in Santa Fe, New
Mexico and went on to become the institutes lead instructor and
workshop coordinator. In 1994 I received my Masters Degree in
Counseling from Southwestern College in Santa Fe , with an emphasis
on experiential and holistic counseling.
Since then I have achieved success as a Child and Family therapist
focusing on at risk adolescents and their families. Over time it
became apparent to me that many families didn’t need therapy as much
as they wanted structure and guidance. I soon found myself shifting
into the role of a Family Coach. In 2002 I made the shift official
and became a Certified Life Coach through the Academy of Coach
Training in Bellevue Washington .
In 1998 I began a personal journey into discovering the meaning of
the "Sacred Masculine" in my life. I now coordinate and train Men
empowerment groups for the ManKind Project, a nonprofit educational
and training organization for Men.
Whether it’s working with Parents to empower and educate themselves
or working with individuals or teams to navigate life transitions
and take life to a higher level, I connect at a heart level with
humor, insight and compassion.
I currently live on a small farm in Bend , OR with my wife, two
daughters and lots of animals.
