Practice Description:  I believe that childhood is an important and highly formative stage of life. The adult that an individual becomes depends largely on the experience of childhood. Whether you are the parent of a child/teen that needs additional support at this time in their development, or an adult that desires some assistance in looking back, I am here to help. In my practice I strive to support my clients' growth and development in a genuine and empathetic manner.
As a former preschool teacher, I have 10 years experience working with families with children of all ages. I embrace the experience of counseling as an opportunity to work together to explore issues related to the past and present that may conflict with overall emotional health and wellness. I believe that no client is too young (or old) to be empowered toward the decision of positive change.
It is my belief that counseling should be safe, comfortable, fun, and personalized. Together we can create a healing space where feelings are explored, acknowledged, and valued. I look forward to providing a unique counseling experience that fits your needs!
